Mini Chicken Pot Pies

I found this recipe on Pinterest, as I do most of my new recipe ideas. If you follow it exactly as Pinterest says (which I did), it is WAAY too overpowered by seasoning.  So, here is the recipe, with MUCH less seasoning!

 
 

What you need:
2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast (I used a rotisserie chicken)
1-1 1/2 can(s) cream of chicken
1 cup frozen mixed veggies
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1 can Pillsbury biscuits
 
Preheat your over to 400.

 

Chop the chicken and combine all ingredients (not the biscuits) in a large bowl.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Make sure the mixture is stirred evenly!
 

 

The Grands Jr biscuits were the perfect size, and deliciously flaky!
 

 

 Press 1 biscuit into each muffin tin, pulling the biscuit up the sides of the tin.

 

Add your filling.
 

 

Bake for 12-15 minutes
 

 

SO CUTE! And delicious!
